I just downloaded Bera 5, having problems with touchscreen. At times I have to tap an app two or three times to open. And seems that where I'm tapping isn't recognized. Seems weird since in the update explanation that was one of the fixes. I've noticed it more towards the bottom of home screen.

I've not had that issue. But perhaps wiping the cache partition will help. I do that after every update.

Boot your phone into recovery mode and then clear the cache. To do it.

1. Power off the phone
2. Press and hold both the volume up button and power button at the same time
3. When the Samsung logo appears on the screen, release the power button and continue to hold the volume up button until you see your in recovery mode.
4. Use the volume buttons to move up and down and the power button to select the option to clear the cache partition. Then select reboot after it finishes clearing the cache partition.

If the above doesn't work for you, try this.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the volume up key and the power button.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may be shown briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the volume down key several times to highlight the wipe cache partition.
6. Press the power button to select.
7. Press the volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the power button to select.
8. When the process is complete, the Reboot system is now highlighted.
9. Press the power button to restart the device.

Same here, having to tap some things two or three times and also at the bottom of screen.
