Discussions1. Power off the phone
2. Press and hold both the volume up button and power button at the same time
3. When the Samsung logo appears on the screen, release the power button and continue to hold the volume up button until you see your in recovery mode.
4. Use the volume buttons to move up and down and the power button to select the option to clear the cache partition. Then select reboot after it finishes clearing the cache partition.
If the above doesn't work for you, try this.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the volume up key and the power button.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may be shown briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the volume down key several times to highlight the wipe cache partition.
6. Press the power button to select.
7. Press the volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the power button to select.
8. When the process is complete, the Reboot system is now highlighted.
9. Press the power button to restart the device.

Please try the suggestion by @Mike-B . If the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
- To provide UX or UI-related feedback, such as usability or feature suggestions, select "Beta community Suggestions" in the Beta recruitment notice of Samsung Members app.
