Scrolling stuttering

It seems when I scrolling through there is a stuttering. I'm running 120hz at 1440p. Anyone kinda having the same issue

Seems like all apps. It's obvious when scrolling vertical at a normal speed.

It's present in pretty much any app that you can scroll down, was not like that in previous but was one of the first things I noticed with B4.... not a huge deal but definitely choppy.

I found that if switch to 60hz. It will be smoother.

Im having the same issue. Did a device cache delete as well & nothing... its **bleep**g annoying bec its literally every app smh
