When I use my Sennheiser momentum true wireless no issues but when I open Sennheiser app sound keeps cutting off and on its really choppy.

Go into Settings, then Apps, then Sennheiser, then Force Stop, then Clear Cache ... and try again

As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.
