Settings, privacy issue

When I go to settings->privacy my phone becomes unresponsive and eventually a pop-up says settings is not responding.

Mine takes several seconds to load. Once you click on privacy, don't touch anything for a moment. Maybe it'll open.

Yes mine takes about 10sec

This is a known issue. Just read the previous threads. They have acknowledged that they know this is an issue.
