Sim not installed warning

I am on Google Fi and I have been noticing ever since the beta I keep getting a warning saying my SIM is not installed I haven't moved the phone or done anything with the phone. Sometimes it kicks back on no problem but sometimes I have to restart my phone. It is very inconvenient. I've only noticed this after upgrading to the beta but it took about a week on the beta for it to start happening.

Update it has been happening while my phone is just sitting around like on a table so not being jostled loose. Unfortunately today my wife desperately need to get in touch with me for an emergency and lo and behold it was sitting on my desk at work and the sim was disconnected. So I never got her call or her text. I'm going to try to report it as I am assuming it will happen again today cuz it's happening many times in a day and once I report it I'll have to roll back the beta. As I cannot risk losing complete communication.

Update. After reverting back to ui 5.1 my SIM card issue stayed. I have ordered a new SIM from Google Fi and re joined the beta to see if it changes. I hope it is not the phone.
