Can anyone explain how determining your "Sleep Animal" helps you understand how well you sleep, or how one can improve it if it is consistently poor?
I don't know whether to laugh, or try to rationalize it.
Some times you can only laugh at the totally useless rubbish people come up with. If you try to rationalize it, you very well may lose sleep.
I would rather have a functional BP measurement capability rather than knowing my Sleep Animal! But a Sleep Muppet might be an acceptable interim substitute.
