My spen does not work properly

When trying to creat a snote 

At the bottom 

Trying to change from pen to eraser or the other way around

I have to click on several times to get it to change.

Same here... Noticed this today. When I take pen out with screen off, it opens quick mo, but it doesn't let me write. I have to tap the page a few times to start.

Mine do nothing, when I remove the Spen when screen is off. Its just black.
