We will get the official release.

Do we have to unenroll from the beta program to receive today's stable release? Or is it as easy as just checking Software Updates and the stable will overwrite beta version currently installed?

You will unenroll when you update to the stable release. No need to do anything.

You will see like this. don't need unenroll beta. Log will tell you beta is completed
