Are you on T-Mobile? If yes, many other folks on that carrier are unable to update - should do a search first.

I think it's delayed or not pushed to those with unlocked s21 plus using t mobile network for everyone else who said they on tmobile and got it is it a phone from tmobile or is it unlocked???
