Text & pictures not working

Whenever I try to send a text or picture it doesn't work in group chats. It says "message not sent, service not activated on network"

Please confirm if you are using Samsung messages or a 3rd party app to send messages.  If issues is being observed on Samsung Messages, please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program. You may also try a 3rd party app in mean time as work around.

I am seeing the same thing I can send mms messaged with Samsung messages but not google messages I get the same error as the OP gets.
