Go to Apps > TT ... Force Stop, then Storage Clear Cache

You can't force an unsupported app to work if you restart the phone and it still didn't launch without instantly closing then it's a wait till update issue

As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.
