We are sorry your device is so sluggish. Please send us an error report from the Samsung members app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports if possible. Please try erasing cache by following below steps.
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold Vol up + Power for 10 secs.
3.Navigate to wipe cache partition using volume keys
4. Press power key to select wipe cache partition -> Yes -> Reboot system now.
If clearing cache doesn't help, next best option would be to back up and master reset device.
