Unable to use any One UI beta features because service provider has changed

Hello I was enrolled in the one ui beta program a few weeks ago, but was automatically removed after switching service providers. I am not unable to re-enroll in the program.

How do I rejoin the beta program and will I be able to receive updates without being enrolled in the program? My last update was on October 1

This happened to me I had to message the beta moderators in the regular community to fix it...I didn't change providers though...
