Uninstall/Reinstall worked

I just uninstalled the Samsung Members app then reinstalled it and now I have the beta available. Galaxy Fold 5. Carrier AT&T unlocked.

I also I reinstalled using the galaxy store not the play store. Don't know if that will make a difference or not.

I think the model name has to end with U1. Yours is 1U. I don't know for sure though. I'm new to android and all of this. But what I've seen and read I think your model name has to end with U1 and also be unlocked.

You have mentioned your phone is at&t but is it factory unlocked or at&t locked?
