Uninstall/Reinstall worked

I just uninstalled the Samsung Members app then reinstalled it and now I have the beta available. Galaxy Fold 5. Carrier AT&T unlocked.

Both AT&T and Verizon have opted out of the beta program. I can only assume it is because they each have a different fireware version than the 'unlocked', which is why Samsung sells specific models for each.

Make sure you have a unlocked version. If not, that's why you won't see it pop up

Just did the same thing I don't have the ability for the Beta. Do I have to create my Samsung account? I go over again if so I will figure out how to do that.

After I reinstalled I was still logged in. It just showed the beta program was available. If you don't have a Samsung account you might want to make one.

Is your phone carrier unlocked!? And does your model name end with U1?

At&t, and has the model name ending in u1. Is my phone not supported with the Galaxy 1ui6 beta program for the z-fold and Z flip 5?

Are they carrier unlocked? If so you should be able to with Fold 5. Don't know about the flip.
