I am on the last beta update and was wondering if the phone will download the regular update or do I have to withdraw from the beta first.

At this point it's basically up to your carrier. At&t has sent out the update as well as Verizon. T-Mobile is still waiting. The official Samsung release date is December so plan on a week or 2 and be happy if it comes sooner

Are you on the 3rd beta or 4th, here in the U.S. at least for me I haven't received the 4th one yet. Wondering if it was released only to limited number of users?
