Videos Look Horribke

So when I take A video It looks Great

I upload it through a text Message it's blurry Pixilated and looks Horrible 

Is it the Samsung Messaging App doing this ?

How do I fix it so I can send Decent videos through text Message

This is a consequence of sending an MMS text message. It has to compress the file due to file size restrictions by the cellular network.

You can get around this by either doing link sharing (like what Vince said below), or using Google Messages with RCS enabled on both your phone and the receiving phone (which is impossible if one party has an iPhone due to Apple not supporting RCS). This not something Samsung can fix as it is a restriction of the MMS protocol from years ago. The reason iPhones send good photos and videos to other iPhones is due to iMessage which is apples proprietary message protocol that doesn't actually use the cell carriers to send anything and only requires an Internet connection which is similar but not exactly like what RCS is.

You can send a video in original format and resolution through Google photos , private share and nearby share

Another option is to use a different messaging app that's supported on both Android and iPhone, such as WhatsApp or Signal.
Edit: Both the sender and the receiver have to use the same app.

What I would recommend is using a quick share link, that's how I send photos and videos to everybody, if I want to send someone a 200 megapixel image, I want to make sure that they receive a 200 megapixel image so just use the quick share link

Yep. Use the Quick Share for videos and larger files. It's such a great feature!!
