Volume out of Sync with Bluetooth Ear Buds

Reported as an error report. Anyone else experience this? 

Volume is up all the way and barely any sound coming out of the Bluetooth headphones. Has happened with multiple pairs.

Tap the volume on the Bluetooth ear buds and the volume gets back in sync with the volume slider for normal operation.

Out of sync to start with between the buds and the phone volume slider.

Just posted about this too, I've noticed it while using HDMI to usb-c cable to the TV

My wife has S21U and it was way louder for sure. Had my phone volume up massively but still had to turn the TV higher (way more than her)
