Watch 6 stil not displaying heart rate and resopiatory rate

Installed latest beta softeware on watch 6 and still missing heart rate and respiratory rate when viewed on watch. Data is on phone.

During the Beta program, please install Beta software (instead of official Google Play Store via Samsung Members Beta notification panel), as different versions (yes Google Play Store has official version which includes stable patch) have different compatibility (you may delete the Beta Samsung Health/Galaxy Manager app after Beta program).  

Your current software version is the latest (ZXJ2), yet corresponding Galaxy Manager / Samsung Health app versions may not be on the latest 🙂 

Watch Manager version can also be verified via Beta notification panel (in Samsung Members) as below screenshot:

Using beta links I am told no updates available.  How can I force install of latest beta software on my watch 5? Thanks for the prompt reply and analysis of where my problem lies.

If your version is up-to-date per Galaxy Beta store (meaning, the app just "opens" rather than "update"), then you are on the latest version.

Received a beta firmware update to ZXJ5 this morning (Oct 21) on my Galaxy watch 5. The update installed with no problems.  There was no corresponding update to Samsung Health beta. Tonight I will find out if the sleep heart rate now displays on the watch (fixing my problem). Thank you for all you have done to assist.

Unfortunately installing the ZXJ5 beta firmware on my watch 5 did not fix my problem. The sleep data displayed on the watch is still showing no data for heart rate, respiration rate or sleep consistency.  The phone sleep data does show data for all three data points. Any other suggestions?

It's magic. This morning I checked my sleep score on my watch 5 and was pleasantly surprised when it included heart rate and sleep consistency data.  However, respiration rate still showed no data. I opened my phone to verify that respiration rate was populated and was displayed a message I had to agree to all sleep data capture.  I agreed and then verified on my phone that respiration rate was captured.  I then opened sleep data on my watch again and, lo and behold, respiration data was displayed.  Everything is now functioning correctly.  Hopefully that will remain the case tomorrow.  Thank you, whoever you are.
