Watch Transfer doesn't work

I tried to transfer the data to a "new phone" but it doesn't work. It fails every time.

I'm having the same issue.  I am on the 5th BETA version and it still fails each time.  I have tried transferring by initiating on my phone or watch and it fails.  Get a pop up on watch saying connection failed and phone has a message "something went wrong try again"
