Have to re-enable it everything to display on cover screen and when you do re enable it still dissappear

I have to keep re enabling weather on the cover screen as well

I have the same problem. The weather widget was not enabled in cover screen settings. I turned it on but it does not actually show on the cover screen as an active widget. If I try to add a widget from the cover screen it doesn't show that weather is available either.
