Check your phone. Does it say TMB under Settings - About Phone - Software Information - Service provider software version? Or does it say XAA?

If TMB, yes. If XAA, no.

Because your unbranded. Meaning when you get the update, you wont have TMobile bloat ware imbedded into the software. Also means your unlocked for any carrier by factory.
