I was taking a picture while on the phone and the message comes up

 I disabled the application. Seems 

to be a system app

I looked at it in my system apps, no clues there. Web search mentions fake touch and USB accessory hardware features. It's not stopping on my S23 FWIW.

Do you have cpu monitor on edge panel?ccinfo is part of that edge panel if I'm not mistaken. I've noticed a few edge panels malfunctioning like the people edge panel. If you do have the cpu monitor panel you will need to remove from edge panel.

I do not use that panel. Only app, clipboard, tools, and cutout tool panel
