YouTube popup video issue

Has anyone used the YouTube pop-up video, where it's on the home screen, and has had sound playing even after turning off the screen manually? What's my device sound still plays for about 12 seconds while the screen is off.  Once you turn the screen back on then the video is located in the position on the screen where it wasn't when you turned it off. 

Can you guys feel free to give it a try and see what kind of results you'll come up with?
