This application take 34% of my battery,is any body have same problem (I don't use at all)

The majority of these system components I removed with adb commands back when I had One UI 3 (I even uninstalled amber / presidential alerts lol).

Be extremely careful if you decide to do that! There's a few guides on xda about using adb to remove system apps like that.
