Issues with Wifi settings not accessible to switch from DNS to static after last update.

@ElMachino Try this:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Connections
3. Click on Wifi
4. After connecting to the wifi network, click the gear icon to the right of the wifi network name. 
5. Scroll down and click on View more
6. Click on IP settings
7. Choose DHCP or Static.
