[Please help ll]

Is anyone having problems with their Google contacts app syncing from cell to web based one?
It is still syncing from web based to app but not if i save a contact on my cell to the web based

yes i believe so...it has always synced both ways....but since the beta 2 update...if i save a contact on the cell it will not sync with the web....

but 

if i add a contact to the web...it will show up on my cell within minutes....so strange......any other thoughts?

how do i exactly check is something has changed?

under google then back up then google acct data then google contacts along with everything is marked

Please navigate to Contacts App -> menu -> settings -> manage contacts -> sync contacts and check if contact stored on the phone is synced to your web. 

Also make sure sync to your google account is enabled.

where do i do this?  from the computer or cell?   on cell i could not find the exact word menu etc to go thru the steps....can u please elaborate...thanks!! LL
