trouble with syncing samsjung health to watch

I have been having trouble connecting and syncing my Samsung watch to my Samsung health. any ideas? I have reset my qatch and deleted and re-download the app.

What version of the watch do you have? There was some issue mentioned I thought about disconnecting. Let me see if I can find it

The note was about the watch disconnecting and not about Samsung health. I had a Watch 3 and Watch 4 classic all syncing correctly.
