Yes. At end of the beta cycle, all beta testers will receive the full Android 12 release version at same time as consumers with the same device.

Well they kind of have to fix all the glitches before they can even think about releasing a final version. If they were to release a final version with this many bugs in it Samsung would lose a ton of customers.
