Anyone else have unusual apps hogging your battery?

I've noticed that some apps I've never noticed before are hogging my battery now. One of them seems tied to my new Watch 4, and the other one is a mystery?  Here's the two weird ones at the top of my battery list:

Samsung Accessory Service

Samsung Smart Suggestions

Anyone know what these are? Thanks for any help. I did put in an error report as well.
