Hey all.

Does anyone seem to have issues with audio playback after checking home security cameras? Since beta 1, when I check my Google Nest doorbell or my Wyze cameras (two different apps), my audio starts stuttering/skipping until I force close either app. I had a friend confirm he has the same issue.

Anyone else? I'm already on Beta 2 and still experiencing this issue.

Best regards,

Do you use any home security cameras though? I mentioned that in my post. When the home camera apps are closed, audio is fine.

With my Nest cameras this had always been the case. Choppy audio for years.

Nice catch. I thought it related to my new pixel buds. But yes I just replicated it. I will submit another bug report with this updated info.

Thanks for confirming. I was hoping it wasn't hardware related lol 😂

Hello,

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Side key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
  8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Side key to restart the device.

Regards,

Unfortunately, the issue persists even after a cache wipe. It happens with multiple apps that offer two way voice over Data talking. I've submitted an official report with logs and a video showing what happens.

Any news on this? I'm having the same issue with my S22 Ultra, since I added a Google Nest Doorbell.
