Thanks, I have an s20 and haven't gotten the update in the Seattle area, but got the notification to update... But I know they come in waves, the others seemed instantly, but I'll wait till later today and try again. Thanks

We are aware of issue being experienced by T-Mobile users not being able to download ZUK1 and are looking in to it. We will provide an update as soon as there is a resolution.
