Beta not working correctly?

For some reason, I'm not getting the full effect of the new material you os all of my menus look the same just different colors now I can switch but that's ABOUT it the widgets are still 11 and yes I've opted in to the beta through Samsung members. What am I not getting that everyone else is seeing? Is it because I don't have a pixel phone? I'm using a Galaxy S21 Ultra

Ok so a mistake in wording, but again I'm still not seeing any changes except the maps widgets and being able to change our wallpaper theme
