Bixby no longer an option for digital assistant?

Bixby is no longer listed in One UI 7? (Yes I use bixby).

That was stated before that it was going away. Read it about a month ago. Keep reading it states what's going away and coming.

Why would they tout all the bixby update with AI, etc, if it is going away?
