Camera Icon - Not Changing

Anyone else using icon themes and the camera icon is the only one not changing? 

I have cleared cache, reapplied icon pack, disabled icon pack, set it again, etc.... It will not change ever....

I did a quick search, not seeing it.

Looks like if you have the apply pallete to app icons option enabled, it won't theme the icon along with a few other system apps

I am surprised that the camera icon was the only one that did that...
