Can't access beta program

I had to move from Visible/Verizon to T-Mobile and I can't access the beta program to leave it. I've seen on other forums that my account can be updated to have T-Mobile so I can access it, but support hasn't quite understood what I'm trying to ask and just keeps telling me to go into the beta program.

One UI 4 has been released. Go check for updates, and it should be there. Once updated, you then be removed from the beta automatically.

So let me summarize and then respond.

You were with carrier A and joined the beta.

You switched to carrier B and still on the beta program, and you're hoping to move on to the official version / release and access the beta forum , etc ?

Correct ??

If yes, you need a moderator to switch your profile to the new carrier.
