QuestionsAfter installing the latest beta version of the manager app, I can't get the beta version update. It shows that my watch is up to date, so I wonder if I need any additional conditions to update to the beta version. Also tried to reset my watch and cleaned cache of watch manager but it didn't work. Thanks for helping.

QuestionsHello @Members_vPqLP29
Thank you for your interest on Beta program.
Unfortunately, we are enrolling Beta only for US and KR regions (Bluetooth device models only).
Our database shows that your device was purchased in New Zealand, and your device is on the latest market version for One UI 5.0. (R940XXU1AXC2)
We apologize for the confusion during the Beta program, as you were able to participate, update to the latest Galaxy Wearable manager, yet could not download the Beta software.
Until the official version of One UI 6.0 is released, please enjoy your watch in the mean time.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team

QuestionsYes, there are other conditions. The main one is enrolling your device in the beta program through the link in the members app.
