Can’t opt out of beta program

I just bought a s21 ultra for T-Mobile from a third party.  I guess the last user was using the beta program, I downgraded through smart switch but now my phone is trying to update again to the lastest beta.  When I go to the Samsung member’s app, it tells me ‘thank you for participating in the beta program’ but when I try to go anywhere else on the app, it tells me ‘OneUI Beta features aren’t available because your Samsung account has changed’.

Please help me deregister from the beta.
