Cannot update apps and cannot install any apps from Google Play Store

I cannot update any app in the Google Play Store, nor can I install any new apps. And as for Netflix, it says the device is not compatible.

I tried wiping the app store storage and cache, and restarted the device multiple times.

During beta program, some 3rd party software are not yet certified by Google, and therefore secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.
