Diagnostics!

Correct me if I am wrong, in the Diagnostic test there should be a test for USB devices, it is not there. I can't connect either a USB thumb drive or connect to my computer. 

I have an appointment tomorrow at Ubreakit to get my phone looked at. I can't back up my phone, I have a back up from 3 weeks ago. Please tell me I can have the port replaced without a factory reset.
