Downgrade beta version to last stable version on Galaxy Watch 4

If I want to go back to the last stable version of wear os on my Galaxy watch 4 is it as simple as opting out and then going to software update on my phone in the Galaxy Wearable app?

     I'm going to trade in my Galaxy Watch 4 and get the Galaxy watch 5.

You have to take it to a service center and have them downgrade it
