Do an app search for "Modes"
Open the app and you will see Modes and Routines. The latter is a whole new level of automation with "if" "then" logic. Very powerful.
For Modes, you will see the various options including Drive mode of which you will need to set up for the first time. The app will walk you through the setup.
You can also add the Modes toggle button to your Quick Settings notification shade.
I am currently in Relax mode. The user sets the parameters for sound, screen brightness, eye care, device connections and more for each mode.
The modes also sync with and can be activated with a Galaxy watch!
Once you setup Drive Mode it will activate automatically when the conditions you set are met such as connecting to your car's Bluetooth.
Set it and forget it!

For example, when my phone connects to my car, I have battery protect turn on so the phone doesn't charge over 85%. This setting toggles off when out of Drive Mode.

Thanks for this. I don't connect my phone to my car's Bluetooth. Is Samsung unable to detect driving without connecting to Bluetooth? Based on detected motion like the iPhone
