Every time I report an issue I ensure the log is included. I never close Samsung Members and I wait for it to finish uploading.. I always get a response to an error report saying I never included a log.
I'm about to stop trying to report issues 😞

Few of our members faced this issue, which is why we released updated Samsung members app on Galaxy Store. Please update to latest version v220.127.116.11 and report errors.
