Gate Keeping?

Please tell me you aren't going to gate keep the 24mp setting in Camera Assistant app. When I was in Best Buy I played with the S26U for about 30-40 minutes. First thing I did was install Camera Assistant and compared the 12 and 24mp shots, night and day.

Believe the changes are more than just MP. The hardware may look the same on the outside but they did change a few things.

Not you installing apps on them folks phone, Lol 😂, Everytime I tried to download anything on them display phones it always tell me to put my information in and I'm most definitely not doing that

I didn't have to put anything in the Galaxy Store. I just downloaded it and enabled many of the new settings to test them. I changed a lot of things in settings. Turned off the ridiculous buttons and changed it to swipe. Better for testing smoothness for animations. Did a side by side comparison. Even with using HomeUp gesture turning it was smoother on the S26U.

Tbh, for the flagship devices and their pricing schemes, that 24MP mode, which can be implemented, should exist in photo mode and not just in another app settings. Also, I think it is high time that Samsung actually use the full MP spectrum and not pixel bin like when using 50MP photo setting and taking shot then they are converted into ~13MP outputs. Many flagships do those full on image sizes without that binning already. With all of the anti-Apple comments in these forums, iPhones actually take full shots utilizing each lens size capacities to their fullest.

It is now in camera assistant. You shouldn't have to use expert raw.
