How to go back to Android 11?

I'm enrolled in the Android 12 beta program. Can I downgrade back to Android 11? If so, how?

This has been covered over and over - should search in the the future.

Withdraw from beta in this app.

Perform a factory reset.

Then, connect phone to the computer where you have Smart Switch and where the backup you made *before* you installed the beta.

Fire up Smart Switch and do a Restore of the backup.

If I didn't make a backup can I still downgrade ? I understand my data would be lost without a backup but is that need to just go back on a fresh 3.1.1?
