Being stuck on August play system update even though MAIN COMPONENTS Sept 2023 T and S and R are out (android 13 T, 12 S, 11 R, 10 Q) so 14 is U for upside down cake? I can't find any ApKs for U and SUPPORT COMPONENTS Sept 2023 is out for S as well but no U?
