Is the UI pop-ups also white text on white background?

Can someone help me because the way I see the UI elements are as follows:

When the phone first powers on the warning that I am in the One UI beta 4 program is near impossible to read and is quite frustrating. 

I cannot replicate this because it involves me rebooting my phone. 

Let me know if you have encountered this.

That's odd. It only happens on select screens.

I usually just let my phone fully settle before I open anything up. By this I mean just a few seconds, no more than 10 I would say.

I leave my phone alone until this pops up and then I'll use it, but it just is strange cause it's that kind of pop-up and can trigger on select screens which is what I meant. Thank you for your feedback 🙂

Here is what is happening. It is hard to see the "OK" button, but the black text was fixed with the December update. @USBetaModerator.
