Issue with app

Don't know if this is an issue from Spotify or Samsung. Is anyone else getting logged out of the app every time you want to listen to music? 

At first, a screen like this comes up, then you're asked to login with username and password. I tried unistalling and reinstalling the app, also deleting caché but it's still happening.

No i don't have that issue. Mine works perfectly.

I deleted Spotify a long time ago because the app started playing music once my phone connected to any Bluetooth, and there was no option to turn it off.

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)

Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
