This is getting very confusing whether these are bugs or features with the power-off menu.

No lockdown mode, no problem because you need to put in a PIN to restart or power off. Beta 3 removed the PIN requirement, but it didn't return lockdown mode. When you go back, you get the PIN pad (BUG OR FEATURE)—make that make sense. Which is it going to be? This isn't an Android thing either; my Pixel 10ProXl running Android 17 QPR3 Beta hasn't changed the power-off menu.

I don't mind putting in a PIN to power off or restart.

There were a lot of ppl complaining about how they had to put a pin. Majority always win, unfortunately. So they removed it.

Yeah, it doesn't bother me entering the pin either. I actually kinda liked the idea to be honest.

I liked that feature. I hope they bring it back or at least give us back the option to do so

Maybe the way to go is for them to provide an option. Either the person wants to use lockdown and if so to use the password/pattern to power off/restart or not.
